The day often brings surprises, some good surprises but many surprises are not so good. What do you do when it feels like too much? The day brings more than you feel that you can handle? You push forward. Yeah, I make it sound easy... Push forward, thanks for that gem, Juan! Whoo-hoo.
Seriously, though, I mean hold onto the difficult feelings, anger, sadness, or whatever else you have and you push head on into it. You deal with it as best you can, but if it does stop you then you have quit. And you can't quit on yourself, ever. Pain or not, if you stop in that moment you will be stuck in that moment. The feeling will be drawn out over time, over and over again.
So, push ahead, past the painful stuff, past the stuff that is bogging you down. Push till you see a new adventure, a new opportunity, or a new day. The bad doesn't stop you if you only... push!
