Day in and day out

As the days pass, you find that there will be good days and bad days. Mood and mental health have been one of my struggles through my life. A bad day is just as likely as a good when I wake in the morning. Still, I do the things that I find entertaining. The things that made me happy before this moment. And in that, I find that it's all relative as to how my day will go.

It's a strange bit of work, mood that is, it has a mond of it's own. Ha! My brain has a mind? Well, I guess it is what it is-- as they say.

So, if you have some of those days, don't fret. A lot of us do. I could say fight through them. Give yourself more credit than to stop because of a sad day. A sad moment. Sadness will pass. Remember that in life we have up's and down's.

Hope for the highs to bring you enough bliss to tide you over through the low's. If you find that a good memory from before won't tide you. Call a friend. Share how you are feeling. Don't leave it all on your shoulders. And believe me, your friends would rather hear you cry than cry wondering why you didn't call when you were low.

Reach out and don't keep it inside.
