We can become prisoners to perfection; building things up to be much bigger than they ever were going to be in reality. Still, we freeze up. "It can be better." 

So, we pause. Heck, we stop all progress because we don't know if our own idea, the very thing that sprang forth into existence from our brain and creativity! Yes, we ask for second looks and opinions of people that don't have the sense of what our vision truly is. We ask because we doubt ourselves. We doubt our ability to succeed. To succeed in our own endeavor? Yes. Exactly, we stop ourselves based on the ideas of others. 

So, the advice? Honor yourself with trusting yourself! You are the best you. Let others see your work, but if you know that you are right then move ahead and show the world what you are working with!!
