We live our lives, hopefully, doing the right things. Treating people well, or saying please and thank you. Do you think that certain people deserve less respect from you? Where do you draw the "I'm not going to treat this person as an equal" line?
The things in life that show us the true character of a person or organizations. Yes, sometimes who you held as a hero or reputable is really not nice. Your sensibilities do not match. They are not like you!
How much longer do you stay? Once you know, you must take some action. So, do you stay and hope that one day you will get some power sooner or later? Or do you walk away knowing that this organization is not right for you?
The decision is yours, walk away with a bit of pride or give in and live a life that you do not want.
